There are no towels, I want to take a shower, I have to wait, they say they haven't come from the center. How come towels have to wait from the center.

Pertama masuk hotelnya bagus pelayanannya juga top. Cuma di bagian fasilitas, contohnya air shower pas pertama datang mau mandi itu keruh, jadi sengaja di biarkan nyala itu biar bersih, nyatanya ngga totally bersih airnya. Ketika mandi pas mau check out baru lumayan bersih airnya. Dan saran buat pihak hotel jika ada perbaikan di area hotel tolong kamar tamunya jangan di dekat pekerjaan tersebut, bikin istirahat terganggu. Udah nelpon room service via telpon kamar, hanya berhenti sebentar, habis itu dilanjut lagi kebisingannya itu.

As before, it never disappoints. However, the breakfast variant is slightly less than at the rooftop. Btw the rooftop is being renovated. Hope it's over soon.

The service is friendly, the room is nice, clean, the minus is on the card to open the door, it was difficult to enter the room several times because of the disturbance.
