I had the most pleasant stay. The hotel staff are lovely, caring and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The food was amazing. I was suppose to stay for 2 days, I ended up staying 8 days in total. Would definitely go back when Iβm in Bali

The staffs are nice and helpful. The hotel provides motorbike and bicycle for rent and also the local taxi. Because it is located at Kuta, it is near to Sunset Road, Kuta Beach, Legian and Seminyak. It is suitable for family vacation.

I had an amazing experience for 3 days staying in Grand Zuri Kuta. The most favorite hotel staff is Anik as the waitress and Mr. Susilo as the Restaurant Manager, and the rest of the staffs are very friendly and helpful too. Breakfast choices are incredibly delicious. Looking forward for the another stay. Thank you Grand Zuri team. see ya

Actually everything was fine, only the room was cleaned on the last day of our stay but the AC was not cold again. The previous night it had been set to cold, for some reason on the last day of our stay it was not cold again. But the service response was very good.
