Highly recommend! Rooms: Minimalistic, but very comfortable. Bathroom is very clean, water heater works well & water pressure is all good. Wi-Fi is fast and easy to connect to. Service: Above expectations. The staff (Putra, Thia) checked in on us via WhatsApp frequently to make sure all was well. Staff at the front desk (Yedi, Ayu) were also very helpful during check out, they also kindly let us store our stuff after check out as we still wanted to roam the area. Location: There are many good breakfast spots (ChamBliss, Jackfruit, etc), lunch spots (we ate at MeVui Vietnam Kitchen) within walking distance. There are also many shops nearby to have a look at.

Until they are making the room more soundproof, try to pick a room away from the street. The traffic noise was unbearable at night even with noise cancelling headphones on.

I stayed in a three-person room. The location is close to restaurants and souvenir shops. The room was clean and the amenities were complete. However, there's no parking in front of the hotel, only for drop-offs, though valet parking is possible. With its budget-friendly price and excellent service and cleanliness, this hotel is top-notch.

I once ordered food and requested something. But the female staff at the restaurant said it couldn't be done, and instead she told me to just cancel it. The best receptionist was the white lady I forgot her name, she was very friendly. Other than that, it was just okay. There was a female staff who was always at the reception looking after her staff, but she wasn't friendly. Her clothes were different. I never even said hi when I stayed there. She seemed bossy. Maybe she had a supervisor or a manager position. So she felt like she was being treated like a boss. Even though all the employees were there, except for the male supervisor who was quite helpful and solution-oriented. There is also a FO staff. The night shift guy, sorry, is a bit black and his face is oily. When asked to talk, he likes to plonga plonga and doesn't connect. I've spoken, instead he averts his eyes everywhere even though there are no other guests. For security, all are friendly and helpful. For HK, I give a score of 10. They are agile, friendly and their work is good. Neat. So for this hotel, the most superior in my opinion is HK. Second is security. Third is FO. Lastly, the restaurant.

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff service. Especially the location is close to the center of the crowd, many pubs and white bars near the hotel area and if you want to go to Legian beach, it's only a 15-minute walk.

I think it is a bit pricey with a small room, the location is great, just a few steps to the beach and shops and restaurants around the hotel.

I stayed in a three-person room. The location is close to restaurants and souvenir shops. The room was clean and the amenities were complete. However, there's no parking in front of the hotel, only for drop-offs, though valet parking is possible. With its budget-friendly price and excellent service and cleanliness, this hotel is top-notch.

I once ordered food and requested something. But the female staff at the restaurant said it couldn't be done, and instead she told me to just cancel it. The best receptionist was the white lady I forgot her name, she was very friendly. Other than that, it was just okay. There was a female staff who was always at the reception looking after her staff, but she wasn't friendly. Her clothes were different. I never even said hi when I stayed there. She seemed bossy. Maybe she had a supervisor or a manager position. So she felt like she was being treated like a boss. Even though all the employees were there, except for the male supervisor who was quite helpful and solution-oriented. There is also a FO staff. The night shift guy, sorry, is a bit black and his face is oily. When asked to talk, he likes to plonga plonga and doesn't connect. I've spoken, instead he averts his eyes everywhere even though there are no other guests. For security, all are friendly and helpful. For HK, I give a score of 10. They are agile, friendly and their work is good. Neat. So for this hotel, the most superior in my opinion is HK. Second is security. Third is FO. Lastly, the restaurant.

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff service. Especially the location is close to the center of the crowd, many pubs and white bars near the hotel area and if you want to go to Legian beach, it's only a 15-minute walk.
