The rooms are super spacious, the AC is cold, the water heater works well, all the staff are friendly, the check-in and check-out process is fast.

It was a pleasure to stay at the grass inn solo. The FO and security are friendly, the check-in and check-out process is fast. The hotel is in a residential area so it is quiet, close to the mall, although close to having to use a vehicle to get there. The rooms are clean, fragrant and tidy although not spacious. Warm water for a smooth shower, Wi fi connection is also good, AC is cold, TV has many channels, towels need to be replaced because the color is no longer white. Breakfast is delivered to the room and needs to be improved on the taste. Be satisfied.

Third time staying at Grass Iin hotel. The service remains friendly, the check-in and check-out process is fast, the rooms are clean, and as usual the toilet still smells bad. Twice got a room on the 2nd floor and once on the 1st floor.

Sorry, my previous review was not good. First I got room 209. The TV doesn't have any channels that can be opened/watched. It has been reported that it is said that there is an error from the center (don't know what center). Ok. We received. Then the next thing. AC leaked. It was pouring heavily (this time I saw the ac leaking like it was raining like that). Wonder. Is this the room before it is given to the customer, can you check it first? Finally I was asked to move to room 210. Uh in room 210. Tv can be watched. Channels can be opened. ac ok. Well lol. Not finished yet. The next day when I want to check out. I returned to the hotel at 11.35. After a walk. When you want to open the room. I can't. My room key is not working anymore. He said it was past check out time. What? It's still 11:35. Finally opened it because my suitcase was still inside. Actually this hotel is good. Very clean. Bathroom okay. That's just why I didn't get a memorable experience. I don't think I'll be going back to this hotel again. I apologize.
