Pertama kalinya menginap di sini. Request kamar lantai atas beneran dikasih di lantai 11 dengan view cakep banget. Staff ramah dan gercep. Sarapan buffet banyak banget pilihannya mulai dari appetizer sampai dessert. Rekomen untuk anak-anak juga.

Thank you for your hospitality, It's been my fifth staycation in Green forest this year and I always have good experience with friendly staff, fast check in, they gave me a room based on my request and for sure beautiful view of Bogor city and Mountains.

It's been my third times had staycation with my family in this hotel, The staff really friendly, they implemented covid 19 protocol, the room really spacious with Bogor City view, mountain and trees is everywhere, it feels like you were in the middle of jungle with comfortable place and huge swimming pool. Thanks for the hospitality The Green forest

Been here twice, it's fun, there's a mini zoo called Green Farm, you pay another 35k. The atmosphere is cool because there are lots of trees. The food is delicious, there's enough variety. Only the deluxe room doesn't have a refrigerator.

Horrible, Ordered food to the room Not delivered at all even though it was confirmed... Only got an apology without a solution.. on the first day HK forgot to clean the room.. this is the worst experience, don't want it again.. The facilities are okay, the staff are also friendly

The towels smelled and were a bit dirty.
Even though it's a 4-star hotel, even such small details are overlooked.
The pool water isn't clear either.
The staff is friendly, but not very responsive.

I felt disturbed by a group of noisy guests (men and women) giggling in the corridors and rooms in the middle of the night for hours. I've been reprimanded, but they still don't behave. They have no manners. My suggestion is not to share the same floor with a group.

For the umpteenth time staying at Green Forest Bogor, this time I tried staying in a junior suite room type. Wow, the room is quite big and has a direct view of the mountain for this type. However, in my opinion, the living room should have a TV and a hairdryer. The food can be improved in terms of taste and variety.

staff was so friendly and helpful, the most problem is the elevators, they need to do something with the way of the elevators works to accomodate guesses. it took me a big time. breakfast was so bad. the taste is not representing a good hotel. the variety is also bad. there is only 1 protein and 1 vegies for the breakfast. easy to remember. 1 type of fried rice with a wrong taste, 1 fried noodle that my son can cook ig better. Friend Fish Mayo that the fish was hardly to find and mix sautee vegies. so weird for 4 stars hotel

A perfect hotel for a staycation with views of Mount Salak. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the receptionist is friendly.
The only downsides are the lack of a refrigerator and the towels had a slightly musty smell, but overall, everything was pleasant.

staff was so friendly and helpful, the most problem is the elevators, they need to do something with the way of the elevators works to accomodate guesses. it took me a big time. breakfast was so bad. the taste is not representing a good hotel. the variety is also bad. there is only 1 protein and 1 vegies for the breakfast. easy to remember. 1 type of fried rice with a wrong taste, 1 fried noodle that my son can cook ig better. Friend Fish Mayo that the fish was hardly to find and mix sautee vegies. so weird for 4 stars hotel

A perfect hotel for a staycation with views of Mount Salak. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the receptionist is friendly.
The only downsides are the lack of a refrigerator and the towels had a slightly musty smell, but overall, everything was pleasant.

A large 15-story 4-star hotel with complete facilities, there is a special mini zoo. The restaurant has a variety of breakfast food, but the taste is not as good as other 4-star hotels.
