Very complete and clean, the service is also fast and TOP. Coincidentally, Saturday morning there was a children's event to visit the garden market, the children were very happy to get a new experience. However, there was a lack of coordination for the event with the people staying, until 10 pm that night the event activities were incredibly noisy, the children had difficulty sleeping. And all the deluxe rooms are non-AC (not soundproof) so the noise of people's activities in the hall was very clear in the rooms.

Overall, it's very good. Although I was offered a different room due to some issues, after asking again, I still wanted the room I booked on the app. It turns out that so far it's safe, and the issues the staff was worried about, thank God, have not occurred at all. The room is also very safe. The suggestion is that if there are any issues with the room, it's still recommended to see the room first. The replacement room offered is still shown first, so I don't waste time carrying things around because they don't fit.

Room 720, two floors up, had a great view, was comfortable and clean, and had several shower functions, though some were a bit broken and could probably be fixed.
Breakfast was varied and delicious, with no issues.
The kids got a free visit to the garden, where they could pick eggs and feed the fish, goats, and rabbits.

Overall, the place is comfortable. Perfect for a family vacation. If you want to visit the open space, Kalacemara, and the flower market, it's best to go on the same day. If you go on a different day, you'll have to buy another ticket. Breakfast has a wide variety, but some of the food is cold.

The room was dusty, the water jug was dirty, it was noisy because there was a group gathering until 10 pm so the children slept in the awkward position, there was no refrigerator to store the children's food.

A terrible stay.
- Upon check-in, I confirmed my room type with the receptionist and was told it was fine. Upon arrival, the room I booked didn't match the one I'd booked on the app. The hotel told me it was a different room. After I complained, I finally got a room that matched the photo on the app. Even after moving rooms, the problem wasn't resolved, as the second room was the wrong one, and I was moved to room 3.
- The door to the room wouldn't open, requiring me to make several trips up and down the stairs to the reception desk.
- Another guest's hijab ponytail was left behind under the mattress.
- There's no shallow end for children in the pool. For safety, children should use a swimming ring.
- The hot water in the room only comes on briefly.
