Overall, the place is comfortable. Perfect for a family vacation. If you want to visit the open space, Kalacemara, and the flower market, it's best to go on the same day. If you go on a different day, you'll have to buy another ticket. Breakfast has a wide variety, but some of the food is cold.

The room was dusty, the water jug was dirty, it was noisy because there was a group gathering until 10 pm so the children slept in the awkward position, there was no refrigerator to store the children's food.

A terrible stay.
- Upon check-in, I confirmed my room type with the receptionist and was told it was fine. Upon arrival, the room I booked didn't match the one I'd booked on the app. The hotel told me it was a different room. After I complained, I finally got a room that matched the photo on the app. Even after moving rooms, the problem wasn't resolved, as the second room was the wrong one, and I was moved to room 3.
- The door to the room wouldn't open, requiring me to make several trips up and down the stairs to the reception desk.
- Another guest's hijab ponytail was left behind under the mattress.
- There's no shallow end for children in the pool. For safety, children should use a swimming ring.
- The hot water in the room only comes on briefly.

So far, I really like the hotel. We don't have to go out of our way to find food or anything. All the facilities are very complete. The shady trees make the atmosphere cooler and fresher.
I really like the breakfast. Everything is delicious, especially the chicken soup. It's delicious.
However, I would like to improve. I booked a family suite because it was too remote and close to the river, and I had a small child with me. It was a bit scary for the location, and there was no terrace or balcony. The price was quite reasonable.
