Everything is okay, there is a small suggestion that the smoking area can be made in one location only, because even though you have chosen a non-smoking room, when you go to the balcony there are still people smoking from the neighboring rooms.

I have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. The staff are friendly and very helpful, especially when I bring my parents. They lent me a wheelchair during my stay.

This hotel actually has a lot of room for improvement in all aspects. It would be a shame to leave it in its current condition. The facilities are quite outdated, the room doors are difficult to open, the playground is broken, the in-room telephones are unusable, the corridor and room floors are slippery (risk of slipping when wet due to swimming), the amenities are basic, and the hot water is sometimes smooth and sometimes not. For a short staycation, it's still quite okay because the location is quite close to the Baturraden tourist area and its surroundings.

The food (fried rice, noodles, crispy chicken) was bland except for the meatballs. The mendoan was delicious, the fried egg was too salty, and the Wi-Fi in the room was unusable. A hotel as nice as this is a waste if it's not well maintained. The food quality needs to be improved to attract repeat guests. The rooms also need to be cleaned more thoroughly to avoid dust. The trees in the parking lot need to be replaced as they are potential caterpillar hotspots. We requested a double bed, but the receptionist said only single beds were available, so the hotel staff had to Hollywood in. When we stayed, there were about 10 rooms occupied.

Thank God, it was a great second stay here.
Paid 371,500 for an executive room with a pool view and free breakfast. A 5-year-old child was charged 50,000 rupiah for breakfast. The AC was a bit noisy but that's okay. The TV was big but a bit blurry and not yet a smart TV. The service was friendly, and the cleanliness was okay. Thank you, Green Valley.

When I checked in late at night, there was no security guard to direct parking, but the large parking lot made it easy to park my vehicle.
The room was up to standard, with standard amenities, but the cleanliness was lacking, as evidenced by the dust on the table.
I stayed on a weekday hoping it wouldn't be too crowded, but it turned out I was with junior high school kids and wanted to swim. It turns out the pool is open to the public.
The breakfast menu is standard, and children over 3 years old are charged 50,000 Rupiah. It's quite pricey, as I asked for an omelet, which took a long time to be made, but the staff said it was busy, and it wasn't made.
Other than that, this hotel was quite enjoyable and kid-friendly.

I came here and ordered a deluxe room above the executive price. I got a price of 685/night with the hope of getting a good room with good facilities according to the price. It turned out that the bed made noise when I moved, the bed bars were felt, the room was not very clean, there were black ants on the bed and so was the sofa. The most unexpected thing was that I got a room that didn't have Netflix, let alone Netflix, the TV was still a regular TV with only a few channels, not a smart TV. As a result, my children couldn't stand not being able to watch YouTube. With that price, they got facilities that weren't right. I immediately called the receptionist and was shocked by her answer, saying that all rooms don't have smart TV, because I asked to move rooms, so I was forced to stay in that room and enjoy the facilities as they were. The pool was also cold, the children couldn't swim because it was so cold
