I've stayed here twice, it's clean, luxurious, the staff are friendly and very helpful, the breakfast is complete and delicious.

Several times visited Semarang and no doubt to stay in this hotel. Not affected by car-free day on Sunday morning.

A very impressive hotel, from the first stay when it first opened until now, it has always provided the best service.

We stayed for 2 nights here. After the first night, during breakfast, we are told that since we have Executive room so we could have 2 adults and children are free for breakfast. I went for breakfast with my 12 yo son and my little girl below 5 yo, while my husband eat salad ONLY in executive lounge. It turns out my 12 son have to pay according to Ms Intan with a not friendly face and tone when we have just go inside. What I understand if I always live in the Very iconic 5 star hotel, 2 adults can eat in executive lounge and 2 can eat in the breakfast time. So to avoid catching problem, I agree to pay for the breakfast. Then Ms Jessyca said it is okay for us for today as the executive lounge is also dont have many variation of food, so we are just have to pay for tomorrow and although I am still dont agree, but I pay Idr 240k for my son’s bfast for tommorrow. The final morning after finish our breakfast, the staff ask me to pay another payment since this time she said it is for my 5 yo girl and so I have to pay for 125k. I am in shock and feel angry as 1. they dont tell me that yesterday 2. also because I pay for an executive room with 2 free breakfast which normally, young children are free (especially my little girl ONLY take cereal and play around the table afterwards). WHAT RULE IS THIS?? They said ok there is no need for me to pay but at first I keep INSISTING to pay as my pride has been disturbed as if I am a thief want to run from eating in the restaurant or something. I feel so not worth it to pay more on this Hotel as usually at this much add ons, I have already got a hotel room in Tentrem or Padma ( which my children really love to stay). I am really feeling bad for them this time. For sure I will think more than 10 times to come to book for this Hotel, if I did I wont order with breakfast anymore. But for others, the room Is spacious, bathroom is also spacious and the cullinary choices are quite varied.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the service is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the facilities include a swimming pool, gym, and spa, and the food is delicious. Recommended for those looking for a hotel in Semarang.

Breakfast: not very varied. I happened to be staying for 3 days and 2 nights. The restaurant staff were not very smiling. Otherwise... everything was fine.
