The air conditioner wasn't working properly, it was hot and the hotel technician already tried to fix it but it's still not working. For a room like this worth 450.000 it's not worthy

Honestly, it's not exactly like the picture, very far. And from all of the hotels and guest house that we visited around the road trip, this is the worst. The room has poorly maintained. The bathroom was leaking around the lamp, that's horrible. Me and my family would never come back again unless they improve their facilities for good. Thankyou

- AC didn't cool a thing.- Very noisy AC outdoor.- No breakfast, but the room is pretty pricey (300k IDR)- They asked you a deposit, based on my previous experience when I bought from the app, they never asked me a deposit.- Parquet floor is pros, but the cons it does need some repair here and there.- Stains and spots on the chair fabric and bedsheet.- No soap, yes, theres no soap.- TL; DR: I'd say it doesn't worth the price. I am sorry for my unpleasant review, I guess I was just unfortunate and I hope other customers enjoyed it more than I did, and I hope my review can be considered to improve hotel management. Usually when I go to Surabaya, I often stay at Gunawangsa, this time I wanted to try Gunawangsa Manyar which happened to be closer to my needs, actually I was a bit hesitant because some of the reviews were a bit negative. Ehh, when I tried it myself, I was still charging, from the service, the receptionist, the staff, even the security was friendly, the standard room book was even upgraded to a king size, it seems, the room is really big, the seating spots are also very comfortable, and most importantly clean, fragrant, the facilities are complete, the wifi runs smoothly and the supporting facilities such as swimming pools, playgrounds and gyms are really addictive, the breakfast is delicious and complete, the menu can also request western or indo, because I brought a toddler with cereal + milk , and fruit too. The definition of work feels like a vacation if you stay here, it can make the children happy too, my husband and I immediately agreed, I think we can get a new hotel subscription every time we go to Surabaya. Thank you Gunawangsa manyar, we will definitely come back here again. Those who complain because parking is paid for, should have asked the receptionist stamp before leaving the ticket for free. Good luck.

Every vacation to Surabaya, I stay here. The place is very comfortable, clean, everything is very well taken care of, including in terms of service. The reception is also super friendly, excellent service. Until the extension continues, it doesn't feel like it's been 1 week. The price offered is also in accordance with the service provided. Very happy to stay here. There are no defects at all from all services, cleanliness, fast check-in, swimming pool, air conditioning, wifi all okay. The room is spacious according to the picture. I don't know why there are a lot of negative comments, but the room I stayed in was okay, everything felt like a 5 star hotel.
