My stay at the hotel was nice. The room is clean and comfortable. The staffs are so kind and helpful. The ambiance in the room and the restaurant are so nice. The breakfast taste good too

Fast and friendly check in. Bolsters are provided in the room. And we highly appreciated that the kitchen prepared the breakfast for us to take away as we checked out at 5:30 in the morning. Always to to stay at Harris. Keep up the good job!

Fast check in and friendly staff. We really love that bolsters are provided in the room. We also highly appreciate the take away breakfast as we checked out at 5.30 in the morning. As always, we love to stay within Harris chain hotels. Keep up the good job!

Service was great. Helpful and hardworking staffs. Pak Beny gave us special cake for our stay. Delicious breakfast, especially their fried rice. It's our second stay at Harris Satelit and they're still impressive.

It's always a pleasant stay at Harris Satelit! Comfy and clean room, great area near malls and culinary centers, nice swimming pool, but for the breakfast variety is quiet limited and taste just okay, maybe can improve on this, overall, its such a good service

The service was super nice. The room was also super clean and spacious. They did make a mistake that one morning their technician did a loud service beside my room but then they followed up me with a very nice complimentary and communication. I really love this wholesome service. It's also easy to reach popular hang out area and big mall nearby. Totally would recommend this accommodation to anyone ^

This is my first vacation at the hotel during a pandemic, I was curious and skeptical at first glance, but when I arrived I was surprised the hotel staff greet me warmly, the check-in process was so quick, the property is clean, well maintained, neat and hygiene, the hotel served a variety of foods, the best part is the hotel has a kids playground nearby the restaurant, for parents not to worry you could enjoy your meals while watching your children. I would recommend this hotel for family events, weddings, engagements, and the suite room which I stayed for 2 days gives me and my family an unforgettable experience.

It was great experience staying here. The staffs were so welcome, especially the front office. She did call if there was some uncomplete amenities or broken facilities. It was right after we enter our room. So care. And even after we checked out, another front office (her name Desy if I'm not mistake) called me over my cell phone asked about our experience staying there. Thanks for the caring.
