Service was great. Helpful and hardworking staffs. Pak Beny gave us special cake for our stay. Delicious breakfast, especially their fried rice. It's our second stay at Harris Satelit and they're still impressive.

This is my first vacation at the hotel during a pandemic, I was curious and skeptical at first glance, but when I arrived I was surprised the hotel staff greet me warmly, the check-in process was so quick, the property is clean, well maintained, neat and hygiene, the hotel served a variety of foods, the best part is the hotel has a kids playground nearby the restaurant, for parents not to worry you could enjoy your meals while watching your children. I would recommend this hotel for family events, weddings, engagements, and the suite room which I stayed for 2 days gives me and my family an unforgettable experience.

Everything was comfortable, only the road to the parking lot was quite steep and quite narrow for me who was using a sedan and in the end my rims were scratched by the curb hehe even though I had just had my car serviced at the Astra next door

Harris hotel always serves the best. the staffs are really friendly and helpful, the room is comfortable, the surrounding is ambiance. It is quite close to the center of the city, pretty close to some malls and theater, food junction and etc. The swimming pool is very relaxing, the gym is quite complete with music to enjoy while we are exercising. The food and the staffs in the restaurant are the best🥰🥰🥰 cant waitrto stay here again

Just arrived, I thought it wasn't a hotel because the position is above the Honda showroom.. it turns out the hotel is above it. At first there was a miss, we were tired and had difficulty controlling our emotions and couldn't understand human error, but the hotel finally had a solution so that those who were initially not enthusiastic became enthusiastic again because of the hotel's maximum efforts.. thank you, hopefully we can always provide the best

A big clean bed with a bolster. It happened to be very close to the location I wanted to visit. Just walking distance from the hotel. There are also many restaurants around. The hotel staff are friendly and sociable. The price is also acceptable. The bathroom facilities are great, the hot water is good.
