This hotel is perfect for family vacation. Pool is awesome, clean with big slide for children. Room is also clean and spacious. We ordered 1 hotel room and villa. Villa has private tub. Good value for money with high quality.

Very convenient location. Book with pool view can be upgraded to pool access. When it rains, umbrellas are lent. Late checkout is also allowed. Delicious food.

one of the kids friendly hotels in malang. access is close to the toll road and close to everywhere. there is a comfortable kids club, swimming pool with 3 depth options and a beautiful atmosphere. for food there is no doubt.

Booked 2 rooms. Only got the room at 16.30, even though I called the hotel at 13.00. One of the rooms 3335 was very uncomfortable, noisy, you could hear a lot of people because it was near the outdoor area. When I got home, my neck hurt because the pillow was hard. Just a suggestion, maybe it's time to regenerate the pillow. Breakfast was delicious.

Great experience if you wish to have a relaxing weekend. The outdoor environment is beautiful, possible to walk around in the morning surrounded by nature.

Harris Hotel, which I once dreamed of, finally came true, in terms of facilities, there is no doubt that it is very good, a little bit unfortunate regarding the check-in time which is very unfriendly, I was only able to check in starting at 15.00 (afternoon). Whether it was because of the holiday effect, I don't really understand either. 🙏

Overall, the hotel is comfortable, according to our expectations. The building is well-maintained, clean and very comfortable. The hotel staff are also very friendly and quick to help us when storing our luggage before checking in. The location is quite far away.
The facilities are interesting and very kids friendly, there is a playground, children's pool, and children's outdoor games. For breakfast, it is still standard in my opinion and the menu is not very diverse. Then the many staff standing in the restaurant also feels uncomfortable.
It's just that when we stayed together there was an invitation so it was quite disturbing.
