Can you imagine pooping in a toilet with a shape and size like this? Even Indonesians have difficulty, let alone foreigners. The hot water is not hot enough. Every time you first open the shower faucet, the water smells. The bathroom floor is slippery because the ceramic used is not ceramic for bathrooms. There is no mat to use after leaving the slippery bathroom.

because I just checked in at 1 am because I just landed at 12 midnight, maybe I got the remaining room with conditions that I think are not very clean, there are lots of small animals in the bathroom, the sheets are damp and not very clean like they are dusty, the room conditions are also very damp

stayed 2 nights, quite satisfied, clean room, spacious for family type, strategic location, quite spacious parking area in the basement, only there is no orange bolster typical of Harris, orange hotel slippers typical of Harris are also not available, replaced with white slippers, breakfast menu is quite good, only for sausages by request and no cereal. the rest is okay, the taste is delicious, the chef is very kind, we asked for sausages and they were given directly and the fried eggs are very delicious. the kids like it. exciting experience. success for Harris Riverview

Stay for layover before our flight and got the room with abandoned buildings that a lil bit creepy with the leaking air con and not soundproof. But the room is spacious enough.

Choose this hotel since they have family room type. Suitable for me that came with family of 4. The location is near to any convenient store, coffee shop and food. My unit view is swimming pool, which is good, eventho it’s located so far away from the receptionist/lobby. But if you want to enhance your facility:
1. please close all of the storage doors and brightening or make sure all of your lamp in the hallway is proper. It looks creepy.
2. It will be nice if you spare the in room sandals in accordance with the max guest allowed. I stay in the family room that allowed for 4 peoples but only 2 sandals available.
3. Make sure your toilet flusher works. We have 2 toilets, but one of the them not working due to the flusher.
4. If you could clean all of the stains from the doors closer device behind the doors, provide microwave to reheat some food and add more chairs in the lobby, it will be great.
