Had been staying here 2 times. A very clean hotel, the room is spacious enough. I requested the high floor and 2 sided windows so I could enjoy the city lights at night and they provided as requested, which is really good. The facilities such as the swimming pool, gym area, are open but there's a limitation of the amount of people inside each facility due to COVID protocol. The food tastes not really good but don't worry, there's a small mall in the building which has lots of well-known tenants such as Ta Wan, Ichiban Sushi, Re. Juve, Bengawan Solo Coffee, etc., and beside the building you can also have Nasi Padang Merdeka for your dinner. Yum!

Monas view for NYE, not bad, amenities are good. I didn't get a book, pen or pencil in my room, so it was difficult to take notes. Even at breakfast it seems not organized. There are only a few foods that I can enjoy. Vegetable, omelette, dimsum and turkey bread. But I don't think it ' s a turkey bread. 3.5/5.0.

Very Clean and comfortable Rooms. Suitable for family. Only the breakfast time, you have to provide more drinks station in order to avoid customer queing up too long.

The whole stay was for about a week. Throughout the stay, the receptionists were very consistent in letting the phones rang out even after we tried calling them multiple times. We couldn't get to them via landline too. It wasn't like in the middle of the night. Even the simplest, easiest thing they couldn't get it right. I would ask them to send things up to the room. They would say"OK"but hours later no one got them up to our room. Asking them about 10 times, they managed to get the delivery done 3 times at best. I could keep going but they have wasted our time and energy enough. Not worth it.

Breakfast totally not OK, the restaurant waitress are rude, the food had no taste, I can't even get a glass of ice drinking water. Very bad experience. Disappointed.
