My 2nd trip to this hotel, but now Harris Vertu still renovation, offer to Yellow Suite Room, everything is good, refrigerator spoilt but fast response by team, good service, aircon very cold, and spacious room and include bathtub, location very nice, central of city beside HXC shopping mall, Merdeka Nasi Padang, Starbuck, Rezeki Groceries store.

(+) spacious room with city view. Located in city center and surrounded by many attraction places.(-) air condition not working well. Restroom in 6th floor next to fitness center not working.

My room was great. Good place to relax after long trip with the train, very close to gambir station, staff friendly and helpful. And they so generous welcome me with my sweet tooth in my room

I seriously do not know what is their issue with my booking. It just never went right, not even close to-decent. 1. Internet. I've attach 3 different photos so that you might know, that I can't even connect till the next morning. I can't even connect my laptop as well. 2. Receptionist. I call them like over 5 times just to wait for them to pickup the phone, I even had the video for waiting them. When its connected they say the server is down so you can't access the internet, technician is on it, called for 2nd time they said that the access point is having issue technician is on it, call again and they said they're still on it. I've wait till tomorrow still can't access the internet. 3. Floor is quite dirty when I checked in. See photo, there's quite a stain on it, I think its a food stain or I don't know, I'm not a guy with clean ocd disorder but still for a 4 star standard-well. 4. The sink desk is also have stain on it, which clearly you can notice if you see it under the lights directly. 5. Order 1 bed, they gave me 2 bed. Well I got this discount offer from traveloka salebration, prolly they don't treat the same with the one who pays normal price. Anyway I think the best part from this order by far is having the high floor, they gave me 22nd floor, btw the receptionist awareness have improve, they are more attentive than before, so-yeah good thing.

The service is really good, just arrived at the room and was immediately greeted like this, then the receptionist also called and said if there was anything wrong, just call. Already so, the room is comfortable, clean, good for this price. The best deh! Definitely come back

Staying at Harris Vertu for 3 days 2 nights is very comfortable, when checking in a welcome drink is given, the rooms are clean and very comfortable suitable for families, breakfast is varied, Fuyunghai is very delicious, the service is also friendly. It's just that parking is difficult and the parking attendants are not helpful and informative so when I was about to get out of the parking lot, when at the gate I was told to step back and return to the hotel to register a parking ticket, even though previously it had been registered by the FO officer and the ticket had been stamped by the hotel FO even though I was in a hurry because of office business.

A very highly recommended hotel. Affordable prices. Staff services, from security, reception, housekeeping, and restaurant are friendly and good. Cleanliness wow very clean, supported by a contemporary interior. View of Monas and capital buildings. Breakfast is varied and definitely delicious. What was very touching, when I first entered the room, some cakes were provided as a welcome greeting. Wow. Then, because I happened to have to go to the airport at 4 in the morning, here I can request breakfast boxes. A little note, the elevator is a bit dark. As well as breakfast boxes are not given cutlery. But these are little things. Very satisfying service at Harris Vertu Hotel Harmoni. Thank You. I will come back next time.
