first staycation here, I swear I will not be disappointed, from the beginning the staff is very friendly, the hotel environment is clean and comfortable. when I checked in I looked very tired, maybe after checking in I was told to take a drink that was already prepared :') as much respect as the visitors. The hotel room is clean, the facilities are okay, the bathroom is also clean, the AC works well. at that price at the Sby hotel, it's really cheap 1000/10 basically 🥰. next time if i go to sby i will staycation here. because it is close to any destination.

Comfortable hotel, in the city center, very friendly staff... feels like home... the price is very friendly... for large groups (using buses), it might be a bit of a problem... because the access location has a portal at 10 pm... another opportunity will definitely come back here...

I'm just giving some input. It's better not to use an ID card for deposits. It's easy to lose. I said I don't have an ID card. I even handed it over for the deposit. Where's the ID card? It's complicated to process.

My stay at the Hersya Hotel Surabaya was very enjoyable. Its strategic location in the city center makes it easy to access various places, especially for parents dropping off their children at university in Surabaya. The hotel's atmosphere is comfortable, the superior rooms are clean, and the facilities are adequate for the price.
One thing to note is that when ordering food outside of the room reservation package, information or delivery can be slightly delayed. However, overall, my stay at the Hersya Hotel was still satisfactory and highly recommended.

The hotel's ambiance is very pleasant and comfortable! The staff are very friendly, especially the security guard who helped park the car promptly. The breakfast menu is quite delicious and the choices are varied, making you feel energetic in the morning. My stay at the Hersya Hotel Surabaya was very enjoyable. Its strategic location in the city center makes it easy to access various places, especially for parents dropping off their children at university in Surabaya. The hotel's atmosphere is comfortable, the superior rooms are clean, and the facilities are adequate for the price.
One thing to note is that when ordering food outside of the room reservation package, information or delivery can be slightly delayed. However, overall, my stay at the Hersya Hotel was still satisfactory and highly recommended.

The hotel's ambiance is very pleasant and comfortable! The staff are very friendly, especially the security guard who helped park the car promptly.
