I'm just giving some input. It's better not to use an ID card for deposits. It's easy to lose. I said I don't have an ID card. I even handed it over for the deposit. Where's the ID card? It's complicated to process.

The location is strategic, but the hotel is very basic and could be improved. The AC in my first room was very noisy. Then I switched rooms, but when I opened the window, I was given a room with a view of the wall next to it, with outdoor AC.

I was a bit shocked by the smelly bathroom, the AC wasn't cold, and the TV wouldn't work. Hopefully, there will be improvements.

The place is nice, comfortable, and suitable for a place to rest with family. This is the 3rd time I have ordered.

My stay at the Hersya Hotel Surabaya was very enjoyable. Its strategic location in the city center makes it easy to access various places, especially for parents dropping off their children at university in Surabaya. The hotel's atmosphere is comfortable, the superior rooms are clean, and the facilities are adequate for the price. One thing to note is that when ordering food outside of the room reservation package, information or delivery can be slightly delayed. However, overall, my stay at the Hersya Hotel was still satisfactory and highly recommended.

The check-in process is very easy, assisted by friendly hotel service, and there are many culinary locations nearby.

The receptionist and parking attendant were prompt. For accommodation in the 200,000 rupiah range (without breakfast), it's quite good. It's best to bring your own amenities, as the options are quite limited.

The AC is not cold, improve the quality especially the AC part is important. Other than that it is quite good.

the internet connection is unstable (often disconnected) even though the wifi signal is full bar. the speed is also not fast even though the label is 5g.

I just stayed at the 2-star Hotel Hersya Front Inn located in Ketintang, Surabaya, and here is my review of my stay here. 1). Location and Access This hotel has a very strategic location, surrounded by various delicious and easily accessible places to eat, suitable for those who like to explore local cuisine. Access to the hotel is also very easy, making me feel comfortable when I arrived without having to think about complicated travel obstacles. 2). Rooms and Services I stayed in a Superior Queen Bed room with the Room Only type. This room is quite comfortable and the design looks royal and minimalist, giving a modern but still elegant impression. The service is also very satisfying, the hotel staff are friendly and responsive. They quickly helped my needs during my stay. The room also uses an NFC-based Access Card. 3). Facilities Some of the facilities that I appreciate are the prayer room which is quite good, very comfortable for worship. In addition, this hotel is also quite hygienic and clean around the area. The public areas and rooms are well maintained. Plus having a lift in the hotel makes it easy to reach my room. However, there are some shortcomings that need to be noted: 1). Not cold AC - I had problems with the AC not being cold enough. Even though the temperature outside was quite hot, the AC in the room felt less effective. 2). Narrow Motorcycle Parking - If you bring a motorbike, the parking area feels a bit narrow and uncomfortable for parking vehicles. 3). Unusable Rooftop - Although this hotel has a rooftop that looks attractive, I could not use it during my stay because the area was not open. 4). No Heater - There is no water heater for brewing tea or coffee, which is a bit disappointing, especially for those who want to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the room. 5).
