The staff tried to change the rooms a few times but it is still dirty. I asked for refund but they can't do it and ask me to go through online agent. I had to leave the hotel and find another one

Hotel budget dengan service yang lumayan. Berlokasi di tengah kota, belakang Graha Pena Surabaya. Check in dilayani sampai jam 23.00, kebetulan kami datang jam 22.30 malam setelah sebelumnya reservasi by phone. AC dingin, ada water heater. Parkir cukup untuk sekitar 10 mobil dan ada security yang menjaga. Suasana hotel cukup tenang. Dekat dengan tempat makan. Kekurangannya, handuk sudah kumal kecoklatan. Selain itu sprei dan sarung bantal warnanya kecoklatan, plus ada beberapa bercak noda di spreinya.

AC (kamar 207) tidak dingin (sekalipun malam hari). Kamar kecil, bersih, sesui foto. Kamar mandi agak bau ya (lebih ke bau lama tidak dipake & sepertinya kurang diperhatikan). Ukuran hotel budget breakfast lumayan variatif. Receptionist ramah namun kurang informatif. Kunci pintu tidak berfungsi dengan baik, beberapa kali buka pintu hampir selalu harus minta tolong ke petugas hotel (otomatis harus naik turun, lumayan merepotkan apalagi kalau barang bawaan banyak). Jendela agak ngeri ya đŸ¤ĻđŸģ‍♀ī¸ tanpa teralis dan ketika dibuka langsung ketinggian tanpa pembatas apapun, sangat rawan apalag kalau bawa anak kecil.

Semua B aja, tapi ya ga jelek-jelek banget juga sih. Semua berfungsi dengan baik, AC, TV, shower, heater dan lain-lain. Cuma kamarnya termasuk kecil ukurannya, kamar mandinya apalagi. Saya dapat dulu di harga 250an ya so so lah, kalau kepepet dan harus banget stay di area sini (ketintang dan gayungan) ini masih oke, tapi kalau bisa di area lain dengan harga segini hotel lain masih juara, maaf ya, honest review ini.
