The hotel staff is friendly, the information is fast, the distance from the hotel to shopping places, malls, small shops, restaurants, and other places to eat is very close. Just walk a few meters to your destination. Thank you for the best service. Recommended 👍

for those who just need a place to sleep and rest, heya costel is quite comfortable with a low budget. clean room. but it's just that we got a room with a fairly noisy air conditioner. thank you

Previously took a 3-night stay, then on the 3rd night took another smaller room for newlyweds — the impression was still the same, the receptionist was super friendly! the early check-in process was very easy! the room was fragrant, clean & the facilities and area were okay.. highly recommended!💛

Super awesome! From the initial phone call to reschedule, check in, while there for 3 nights & check out, the receptionist was very friendly! The room was spacious & fragrant! There was a refrigerator, kitchen & spacious parking lot — access everywhere was close.. an amazing experience! will come here again if I go to Pekanbaru 🤍
