Wonderful place and so big room

Staying at High Point Serviced Apartment was truly a pleasant experience. I booked Superior Double Room No. 323 and was immediately impressed by the completeness and comfort of the room. Everything was well-stocked—from toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, a self-adjustable water heater, to coffee and tea sets in the kitchenette. The room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent lighting. The TV didn't have all the channels available, but the ones I could access were of good quality. What I really liked was the private Wi-Fi access in the room; the speed was stable and I could use it for streaming or Zoom meetings without any issues. In terms of facilities, this apartment is very well-equipped. There's an indoor swimming pool on the third floor and an outdoor one on the second floor, near the large "High Point Serviced Apartment" sign. A gym is also available and easy to use. Security is guaranteed, as all access is via Access Card, including the elevator and room doors. The location is also strategic, in Siwalankerto, near the campus area, so finding food is easy—there are many affordable and varied culinary options nearby. However, there are a few things to note for daily renters: 1). Smoking is not permitted in the hallways or rooms; smoking is permitted only in designated areas. 2). Free parking is only valid for two times; any other time charged is the normal rate. 3). Wi-Fi is only available in the rooms and does not reach public areas, so it's best to have a data plan. 4). The elevator only operates up to the 3rd floor, and public access is restricted after 8:00 PM. 5). A deposit of IDR 100,000 is required upon check-in. With all the amenities and services I received, the IDR 215,000 price felt very worthwhile. If you're looking for a clean, safe, comfortable, well-equipped, and affordable place to stay in Surabaya—this is it. I give it a 10/10 and will definitely be back.

The room is really big and spacious, I've almost never seen a hotel this big, even though the building is not new, the maintenance is great. The facilities are still well-maintained and clean. The staff is friendly. The cleaning staff are really 🤍, all of them are nice. I will definitely come back here because it is close to the campus of my younger brother, Poltekbang SBY.

Part 2 After previously getting a room with a less cold AC, it turned out that I could move to a room with a much cooler AC. The moving process was also quite fast, only waiting for about 10-15 minutes. There was only one downside: I happened to get a room in the corner from the elevator, so I had to go around a bit. The apartment is very clean. Gym and swimming pool facilities are available, and in terms of security it is very guaranteed—guests or visitors cannot go upstairs without an access card. The room also provides 2 free bottles of drinking water, tea, and coffee. Finding Indomaret or a place to eat is also very easy, there are many choices around the apartment. So far, I am very satisfied staying here. Hopefully in the future the service will remain satisfactory and continue to provide the best at an affordable price. Next time I will definitely come back here. First time coming here, seriously… the apartment is really cool! When we wanted to check in, we were directed to the office inside because the receptionists for monthly and daily accommodations were different. We happened to get a room on the 15th floor, so we could directly enjoy the view of Surabaya from the top floor. The room was spacious, not stuffy, and I think it was really worth it for that price. It's just a shame that the room's AC wasn't cold enough. Especially since we had just returned from abroad and had just landed in Surabaya, it was really humid and hot. Continue to part 2!
