This hotel is on top of the mall, so if you forgot to bring something, you'll just go downstairs and to the mall. The room is spacious, clean, but the walls are a bit thin. I can hear some noise from the next room. Oh and it is near airport, so you could hear planes flying in and out sometimes.

I stayed with my family to celebrate my son's birthday. It was nice to stay there. Nice room and also a very clean and large swimming pool plus there was a small swimming pool for little kids. But, the water in the room was still not clear, so we can't use the bath tub :( Other than that, everything was good.

The friendliness of the hotel staff and the convenience of being in the same location as the mall, making it easy to find things and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms as well as the many TV channels and the location is easy to find.

The only parking lot connected to the hotel is the basement. The lobby is a bit small, and can be quite crowded during certain hours. The facilities are new and well-maintained. The gym and swimming pool are adequate. The room size is as described. The bathroom has a shower, not a bathtub. There is no direct access from the hotel to the attached mall. There is a coin-operated laundry in the basement, which is a plus, although the price is a bit expensive. Strategically located with easy access to PIK, Citra Garden, and Taman Palem. Overall, recommended.

Disclaimer: I don't smoke/vape. Coming out of the elevator on the 9th floor immediately smelled of cigarettes, room 911 smelled of cigarettes left by the previous occupant in the room was very pungent and didn't go away even though the AC had been turned on for >10 hours, either because the AC air filter wasn't cleaned or what. The portable air filter was on and was in the 9th floor hallway, I don't know what it was intended to do and what the portable air filter was for outside the room in the 9th floor hallway. For food, some were good, some were not as expected.
