Bad experience during arrival as initially front office said they have only 1 (one) non smoking room left while we had booked it since 06/01/22. During survey the smoking room they advised, we found it were very tobacco smelly. Even we came out from the lift. But then accidently they said that they have found the non smoking room even apart, not side by side. Then continued asking 1 (one) another room sandals but until we checked out on the next day, the item we asked by phone was unfulfilled. Whew.☻. Raise your service to the next level to satisfy the customers.

Yes the strenghness of this hotel is only in location. Cleanliness is only 3 points of 5. The 1 day I check in, they give me very dirty pillow cases, then next day I ask the house keeping to change those with the more proper ones. Then, I had to be careful when taking a bath caused the shower floor is very slippery, even though they have put antislip mat. It seemed the floor never been brushed for weeks. See the pictures. Those are the towels they provided for me. 😖. Again, Id like to make some coffee (that I brought from home). I found that the cups were very dirty. There was cigarette ash in it and it has not been washed (how come? Cigarette ash in a nonsmoking room).

I booked this hotel because the hotel I use to stay was full. But yet I was dissappointed to find The room was very small, dark, filthy.🙉. Bed sheet has lots of stains like the one in the picture, pillows were soo dirty and the colour of pillowcase is filthy. The only plus with this hotel is a walking distance to simpang lima. Will not come back.

Very happy to stay here. The hotel staff is very friendly & helpful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and fragrant. Strategic location in the city center.

Recommended 3-star hotel in Semarang. Cleanliness of the rooms and toilets are okay and well maintained, service is okay, facilities are okay, strategic location, breakfast menu is also okay. Hopefully the quality of the hotel will be maintained.

Good and friendly service. Security is ok. Clean rooms. But one of the rooms on the 11th floor of the bathroom was wet because the leaking faucet was not replaced. Spray when used after pooping. Please pay attention.

The bathroom is clean, but it's a bit of a problem pressing it to change to the shower and it's pretty slippery. The pillows, especially the pillows, are a bit rotten, so the sheets, and the kettle also has a crust on the part for pouring it. Everything is okay, very strategic, close to the mall too, so you can just walk from the hotel to the mall ❤
