The location of the Hotel was so Amazing. They have sports stadium just behind the hotel with walk access. The location near by Simpang 5 park. It’s a good place also for walking or hang out during your stay on Semarang. The design of the hotel is good for myself. Simple and felt like home. The staff good and friendly. It’s the most points. Just have disappointed with the water shower. It’s worse because they have 2 ways. The water not really strong. When we have shower, the water will be go anywhere. And it’s not saving water. 😂 I staying on room 1112. If you can fix the water shower. I will be happy. Saving water is important. Kind Regards, Adi

(+) Overall, the location is close to Simpang Lima, just a short walk away. The service is very fast and friendly. You can borrow a hair dryer and iron, and you can leave souvenirs in the fridge.
(-) The bathroom is VERY slippery, please clean it. Breakfast was not very fresh, and the milk was not cold (no ice).

All the staff were friendly and polite. The check-in process was straightforward. Upon entering the room, it was clean, and standard toiletries were provided. There was a coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, and mineral water. My suggestion is to replace the charging station in the bathroom, as it's broken. And make sure the water settings for the shower and footbath are properly switched so you can shower more comfortably. Basically, @HOM is comfortable.
