Transit di Semarang karena lelah menyetir dan ngantuk, coba stay di @HOM, tengah malam dilayani dengan ramah dengan Mas Dimas dan rekannya, kamar bersih, makanan lumayan enak, saya sekeluarga menikmati menginap di sini. The location of the Hotel was so Amazing. They have sports stadium just behind the hotel with walk access. The location near by Simpang 5 park. It’s a good place also for walking or hang out during your stay on Semarang. The design of the hotel is good for myself. Simple and felt like home. The staff good and friendly. It’s the most points. Just have disappointed with the water shower. It’s worse because they have 2 ways. The water not really strong. When we have shower, the water will be go anywhere. And it’s not saving water. 😂 I staying on room 1112. If you can fix the water shower. I will be happy. Saving water is important. Kind Regards, Adi

I just stayed for 9 hours and had two times miscommunication.
One with the restaurant, because i said - bill to my room but send the food to the restaurant for me and my guest. They sent it to my room. Not to me 🙃
I checked out at midnight. Good thing they have valet. Or else, i might not be able to leave the hotel. I gave the receptionist my hotel key, i checked out at midnight. (Read that again)
And during the check out time, i was texted by the receptionist, asking whether i would check out from the room or extend. - yes. You read it right.
So, maybe what needed from the hotel was a very clear communication, collaboration for all team at hom hotel.

"A very comfortable and clean hotel! Strategic location, close to the city center and public facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 1. The bathroom floor leaks water when stepped on and is too slippery.
2. The door lock is no longer working properly.

I just stayed for 9 hours and had two times miscommunication.
One with the restaurant, because i said - bill to my room but send the food to the restaurant for me and my guest. They sent it to my room. Not to me 🙃
I checked out at midnight. Good thing they have valet. Or else, i might not be able to leave the hotel. I gave the receptionist my hotel key, i checked out at midnight. (Read that again)
And during the check out time, i was texted by the receptionist, asking whether i would check out from the room or extend. - yes. You read it right.
So, maybe what needed from the hotel was a very clear communication, collaboration for all team at hom hotel.
