The receptionist is not very friendly, especially the female one. Check-out is not allowed at 1 am, even though it is usually okay to stay there. The towels with red stains should not be provided to guests again. It's like it's not a star hotel.

Every time I go to Jayapura, this hotel is always my go-to place to rest, but this time it's really bad. The receptionist made it clear, but he kept giving in and seeking the truth, still defending his poor service. What a shame! I'm sorry, this will be my last stay here.
