Every time I go to Jayapura, this hotel is always my go-to place to rest, but this time it's really bad. The receptionist made it clear, but he kept giving in and seeking the truth, still defending his poor service. What a shame! I'm sorry, this will be my last stay here. Mr. GM Rio, please check the receptionist.

The room is not soundproof enough. When I stayed there was a children's soccer event, so at 10 pm it was still noisy and I could hear children running in the hallways.

I asked for a special early check-in reservation, CS said it was not possible because the rooms were full. But it turned out the rooms were not full. Many were empty :) deliberately so that check-in was still at 2. I waited since 7 am. Very disappointed. If it was not allowed, just say so from the start. Don't make the excuse that the rooms are full. If there is an additional fee for early check-in, I don't mind either.

Staying here coincided with a local government work meeting so the atmosphere was a bit less conducive. The hall smelled of cigarettes, the dining room smelled of cigarettes, and the room had a connecting door so it was not soundproof at all. The variety of breakfast menus and the taste was quite good. The location is indeed far from the city center but it doesn't matter because work matters are in the area around the hotel.
