It was very cozy. For a three-star hotel, they have a mini refrigerator and hair dryer inside, which I found enlightening because it was very rare to find those things in a three-star hotel. Good job, Horison. The staff are very kind and helpful, and they didn't ask for our marriage certificate (which I informed by email a day prior to prepare it), but it was okay. Very recommended hotel.

A very comfortable hotel in an industrial area, perfect for workers on business trips. The location is perfect for resting, and you won't have to worry about going hungry, as there are plenty of food vendors nearby, and a pharmacy is nearby for those in need. It's simply great.

When checking in with Mas Koko, I was offered a smoking room with a larger room size at no additional cost. And it turned out when I arrived, the room was really spacious and smoking was allowed too.
Although the distance between the bed and the TV was quite far, it didn't matter, because the room was clean and very comfortable. This hotel is really recommended. The service provided is really good to customers and the employees are always smiling. Thank you Mas. Koko, I will definitely come to Horison Gresik often.

This was my first time in Gresik and I was looking for a hotel close to my workplace. I finally checked into this hotel and took a room without breakfast. The price was quite affordable, but the service was exceptional. Ample parking, fast check-in, a friendly welcome, a clean room, and complimentary cookies in the room.
When I checked in and checked out my cigarettes, I was immediately offered a smoking room without having to ask for one. Thank you, Mr. Handoko, for your excellent service. I will always stay at Horison GKB when visiting Gresik.
