No lift at all in the hotel. Those who book a superior room, pay more but get a standard room located on the ground floor.

Thank you for choosing our hotel as a place to stay for you and your family while in Singkawang. Thank you also for taking the time to share your experience during your stay. We apologize for the shortcomings and inconvenience during your stay at our hotel.
Regarding the Superior room which is located on the top floor, before making a reservation Mr/Mrs Elly has confirmed the type and location of the room to the hotel and we have clearly informed you. We have also informed you that there is no lift in the hotel area.
We also need to inform you that the hotel never provides accommodation other than the reservation made by the guest. And after we checked, there were 2 different reservations side by side with your reservation at check-in with Standard room accommodation.

Great place, spacious, quiet, comfortable. It's okay, it's just unfortunately there are no restaurants, fortunately it's still a city area so it's still supported by Gojek and so on.

Arrive at the hotel. The hotel said that there was no cooperation with OYO. And made us have to fight with the hotel who would not accept us.
