I booked a room for a night's rest, but I couldn't get any rest. As soon as I entered the room, I was sleeping when I was greeted by a cockroach that suddenly appeared on my body. After that, I wanted to take a shower, but the water flowed very slowly. The next morning I wanted to take a shower, but the water didn't flow at all. I waited from 8 am to 10 am and still no water came out, with the excuse of waiting for a technician or PDAM employee. How can I recommend or come back to stay here if my first experience was bad enough? I swear, this is my first and last time staying here. The price may be cheap, but the quality shouldn't be half-hearted. We had to check out and still had work to do, but all our time was spent waiting for the water to stop flowing, so we couldn't take a shower.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, and relatively clean. For the relatively low price, the amenities are commensurate: air conditioning, bathroom, TV, and Wi-Fi. It's centrally located, making it easy to get around.

It was just good experience, the hotel is strategic. We could go anywhere without spending much time to go. The reception is really friendly, they doing good hospitality. But, at that time we were just back in the hotel at the midnight and they're not stay there, so we have to wait for at least 20 minutes to take our keys room back. That's not good for the service.
