The staff is very friendly and kind, it's worth the price, especially since you get breakfast, it's more than enough <3

I've stayed at this hotel twice. This second experience was especially enjoyable, as the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful. I had a family event that required me to arrange 100 boxes of rice and snack boxes. The staff were patient and friendly, assisting us as a family, as we had to carry food from the parking lot to the third floor and back. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The private pool was also a real treat. The hotel is small, but it was a very comfortable stay.

A pleasant experience for the first time at Alia Boutique, strategic location and most liked because it is kids friendly🥰. Overall, I liked the room, the first day we were in a standard room because it was full. The next day we extended our stay and upgraded to a larger room. The private pool, although we had little time, was satisfying, thank God. The breakfast also has a varied and delicious menu choice. The hotel is safe because it is specifically for families, plus there is a mosque🥰. This hotel is highly recommended.

There's a private pool, but many people are making content. Their cameras are very intrusive, and there's no prevention from the hotel staff. Requests for towels and hotel slippers take a long time to be fulfilled.

Booked for 2 adults + 1 child with breakfast...when checking in, it turned out the child in question was under 5 years old, because the child above that age must pay for another extra bed + breakfast....anw the check in/out process was easy, without deposit and without putting an ID card, just note it down...breakfast was decent, lots of variants..but this hotel is full of kids because there are playground and swimming pool facilities for children...got room no. 418 whose bathroom door couldn't be closed which was already broken...otherwise it was ok.....fo staff were also friendly, near the new cathedral market, lots of public transportation...have tried Alia Heritage too, now Alia Boutique, not bad lah
