I checked in at 7 PM, and I did indeed take a Superior room. However, some of the rooms near the reception were not well-equipped, for example, with poor air circulation and one of the rooms lacking proper water supply. Then, I was moved to a room down the hall. The water was good, but the AC was terrible. Then I was moved again to a Deluxe Premier room in Room No. 01. Everything was fine, but I didn't expect breakfast to be ready at 6 AM, even though I had to rush to check out because of an early flight.

Why am I so disappointed to come here because I brought a baby, the room is full of mosquitoes, I asked to change rooms because I just checked in but they said it was not possible even though there were 3 more empty rooms in the app. Finally they offered to clean the room again as a result the room was only mopped and given fragrance, but still the mosquitoes did not disappear, what's more gong it turned out the toilet was clogged and there was someone's poop again I swear it was really ticklish the shower also had to be held if I wanted to take a shower, luckily I only booked for a day. I'm really sorry, madam, I don't want to drop the hotel but please check the accommodation again, the owner is very friendly but disappointed with the accommodation, it's really not suitable ma'am 🙏🏻 Please check room no. 15 on the top floor ma'am 🙏🏻

The room is dirty, not cleaned from the former consumer, there is still trash and the cupboard is dirty, the faucet is leaking, mineral water is lacking, there is no telephone in his proposal, and the parking lot is not as broad as scary as haunted. Especially the cleanliness is preferred not to be dirty should remember!

Very unsatisfying service. We ordered a superior room when we checked-in with an economical room, said the room we had ordered was given to someone else. Equipment only provided towels and soap. Breakfast is simple and children over 3 years old if you want to eat it casually. The kids want to eat bread just got a cas too. rooms never cleaned. The hotel waiter never wants to deliver what we ordered. really far from satisfying words. Think again about ordering Alifa hotel.
