The water heater was broken, I asked to change rooms but the water heater was broken too, and I was given a kettle to boil hot water, oh dear.

The bed is double, perfect for bringing children. Ample parking. Friendly receptionists.

Reviews: Location = Great, on the edge of the bypass road (easy access and close to everywhere, next to the hotel there is a 24-hour dining place and although the hotel does not have a swimming pool facility, near the hotel on the straight of the bypass road there are 3 choices of swimming pool rides) Service = Accommodating and friendly, during check-in there was a miss in room management between the morning and night shifts, Alhamdulillah we were facilitated by the night staff with a room upgrade without additional charge (because the type of room booked was sold out). One more thing, the ceiling of the room looks like there are many traces of leaking water seepage, so aesthetically it looks bad even though it would be beautiful if it were really the original. The comfort of the room = the atmosphere is OK, especially in cold Bukittinggi, it's just that the partition seems thin so it's not soundproof. For the room facilities are quite comfortable, just need to fix the broken bathroom door and hot water can not be used. Then one more thing about access to the parking lot down near the ditch is too high so when the car passes by it gets stuck, and not all of it is cast in concrete so it is muddy when it rains. Recommended! I ordered a standard room for under 150k. The room is spacious for under 150k and clean, except that the corner of the mattress still has traces of biscuits that haven't been swept away, there is a TV and a fan too. The bathroom is also clean, towels and soap are provided. The staff is also friendly. For breakfast I didn't try it because I ordered the one without breakfast. Because I want to have breakfast outside ☺.
