Pasangan yang sudah menikah harus memiliki dan memperlihatkan identitas diri seperti KTP suami-Istri / fotokopi Buku Nikah / minimal foto-foto pernikahan pada saat registrasi (check-in). Pihak hotel berhak untuk membatalkan / menolak reservasi jika tamu tidak dapat / menolak menunjukkan kartu identitas yang diminta. Hotel has a sharia policy. Worse, are there hotels like this for sale. The mattress was broken, the intention was to rest comfortably, it was expensive to wake up sore all over the back. The price isn't cheap, 295 thousand, only the free breakfast is 2 servings of fried rice which is delicious. Very dirty, dust and lizard droppings everywhere. Because this hotel is old too. But at least it's not clean. The bathroom is rusty, the floor is dirty, there's no washing up spray either, ouch. Don't expect complete toiletries, just give soap, thanks for this. And if you can stay overnight, it's better to bring your own towel. Eh, but it's better not to stay overnight.🤦♀️.

Without a French-style breakfast, food is delivered to the room in small portions, only fried rice plus tea. No hot water for coffee. Prices are expensive and inappropriate, the hotel feels like a guesthouse, the rooms are big, but have minimal facilities, and are like an old hotel.

Baru datang, langsung disambut oleh receptionist-nya dan proses check-in berjalan cepat dan lancar. Kamarnya bersih, rapi dan cukup luas. Kamar mandi juga bersih dan tersedia air panas juga. Pelayanan ramah dan dapat breakfast juga. Lokasi strategis di pusat kota, bisa jalan kaki kemana-mana, dan tempat parkir pun luas banget.

The bathroom is dirty, small cramped. Plus the food is already cold all tastes bad too. Food menus cannot be taken directly to the place. I thought we were just sent prisoners to the room food.

Facilities do not match the photos and descriptions. The photo shows the bathtub as well as the description but in reality there is no bathtub especially for super deluxe rooms, TV is still old school. The rooms are not the same width even though in the same class yi. deluxe. The hotel was very noisy, there was a sound of motorbikes racing in the middle of the night and loud music coming into the room at midnight. The waiter forgot to fill the thermos of hot water.
