Thank God it's comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed linen set is also clean. Unfortunately, the toilet seat is not suitable for the seat base, it's better to replace it. It's uncomfortable to sit on it (just look at it uncomfortable: D) because it's not worth sitting on. In addition, there is no mineral water and table tissue. Thank God I brought it myself. If there is toilet paper and amenities. There is an electric kettle, complete with coffee and tea sugar. There was no bath mat before, so we asked for it and it was brought to the room. Actually the hotel room is very comfortable. It remains only to improve maintenance and existing deficiencies, and it can be cleaner to make it more comfortable.

Saya pernah lama tinggal di hotel ini seputaran 2011 sampai 2014 an saat hotel ini sedang jaya. Saat napak tilas tahun ini, saya sedih liat kondisinya, Memang pandemi sangat berdampak. Dulu hotel ini rapi dan terawat, sekarang banyak yang sudah tidak layak. Tombol kloset yang rusak sehingga air di water tank bocor terus, kursi kerja yang hampir mencelakai saya bahkan sekarang sarapan pun tidak prasmanan. Untuk secangkir kopipun tidak tersedia. Semoga pihak hotel dapet berbenah, dan bangkit dari keterpurukan akibat pandemi. Hotel-hotel lain saya yakin juga sudah memulai untuk berbenah pada saat awal peralihan fase endemi ini. Biar bagaimanpun hotel ini punya cerita buat saya. Hanya saja cerita lalu, tak seindah dengan sekarang. Sukses terus Baron Indah. Tunjukkan 'Indah' mu kembali.
