This hotel was very good in applying the new health protocols. Our breakfast was delivered to room, all staffs were disciplines in wearing mask, there were plentiful hand sanitizers everywhere. The room and all common space were clean. The location besides shopping mall was very convenience for guest to stroll around and find restaurants. Downstairs there was also a small minimarket. in weekend, the government closed one street lane for people to walk/jog/cycle. so its perfect, especially for the price. I love it and will definitely coming back in the future. keep up the good work.

The service was good, the room was clean, but unfortunately, the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting.
A water dispenser is also provided so you can refill drinks.
The towels and sheets were clean. The AC was cool too. Please keep it up. The Wi-Fi needs to be improved.

I often stay at Citradream to visit my child studying at STAN. The location is strategic, as it's connected to a mall. Everything is available for food and dining, just adjust your budget accordingly. The staff, including the parking attendant, are very friendly and helpful. The service was good, the room was clean, but unfortunately, the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting.
A water dispenser is also provided so you can refill drinks.
The towels and sheets were clean. The AC was cool too. Please keep it up. The Wi-Fi needs to be improved.

I often stay at Citradream to visit my child studying at STAN. The location is strategic, as it's connected to a mall. Everything is available for food and dining, just adjust your budget accordingly. The staff, including the parking attendant, are very friendly and helpful. It's a great place to spend time in transit, while visiting my child and enjoying the food. 👍
