The staff was friendly and welcoming. After checking out, I was allowed to leave my luggage with the receptionist as I was still exploring around Blok M.

We requested early check-in, but we had to pay 200,000 Rupiah for it. Even though it was already half past midnight.
The bed was creaky and stuffy. The bathroom was dirty and had hair all over it. The only plus point was the strategic location.

The staff is very helpful, the location is really strategic, close to the trendy cafes, but unfortunately the pillow cases are a bit dirty, maybe they can pay more attention next time. But overall, I'm very satisfied 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

There was no front desk greeting upon entering the lobby, and the outside was a bit dirty due to the rain. My room on the 7th floor didn't have a signal, but the Wi-Fi worked well so far. However, the noise of people coming and going was still clearly audible from inside the room, which was a bit disturbing when I was sleeping, as the noise made it difficult for me to fall asleep.

A highly recommended hotel.. strategically located, close to shopping centers and culinary centers.. always busy, friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious & varied food... Awesome Dharmein hotel..👍 only the additional price for breakfast for 1 child is too expensive...
