Puas sekali menginap di sini karena sangat nyaman dengan harga affordable, suka sekali dengan desain interiornya tema blackwood, berasa kaya lagi di rumah pedesaan di luar negeri gitu. Suka juga dengan desain toilet-nya yang unik, open space menyatu dengan alam. Sedikit saran: disediakan tempat sampah di toilet untuk membuang pembalut dan lain-lain, juga di restoran mohon disediakan menu makanan.

The staffs were friendly, nice view to the mt. Rinjani. Need to be improved in term of hotel amenities such as tissue in the room and tissue paper in the bathroom need to be provided.

Without AC, the room is already cold.. Got a room on the second floor with a clear view of Mount Rinjani from the terrace. Breakfast can be delivered to the room (Fried Rice/Fried Noodles/Pancakes). Close to Mount Rinjani National Park and also Indomaret.

The hotel is not for light sleepers because the room is not soundproof. The mattress and pillows are so-so, the wifi is slow at night. Don't ask about breakfast; you've reported and sat down, but it's served to other guests who arrived later. Not to mention, they didn't ask what they wanted to drink even though other guests were asked. So if you want to go to Sembalun and there are no other hotels, I suggest you think about it first. Thanks.
