The hotel's building and interior are quite unique. The rooms are quite spacious, the beds are soft, and there's a mini-fridge. Overall, it's quite nice.

not much as I expected the picture showed. ceiling looks broken, old, and as if it is molding, all glass in bedroom looks dirty although it is covered in plastic bag. bathroom is catastrophe. All black/brownish stains everywhere. The faucet is broken, it is shaky and you must be careful when using it or else it spraying towards your face. for 3-star hotel it is quite saddening. A humble homestay could probably do even better than this and the price is just not worth it. Too bad this Hotel isnt as good as it used to be

The hotel itself is nice. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and it's quite comfortable and strategically located. However, the in-room amenities, such as a jammed wardrobe, a broken refrigerator hinge, a dirty sink and mirror, broken hot water, and slow, weak Wi-Fi signal in the room, are all factors that should be considered when extending your stay. This hotel is suitable for a one-night stay or transit only.

it was my 2nd stay in this hotel. Booked the room already few days before arriving in Malang. I chose this hotel due to location wise it's quite central and in quiet, peaceful area. for the price the room is quite spacious. But it was my 2nd stay, from last year, so they should know I'm a returning guest. but alas it means nothing to them obviously. i was not expecting to get an upgraded room, but a mere "welcome back" from the FO staff would be a kind gesture. i specifically requested a quite room, with VIEW and no smoking. They did notice i requested a non smoking room and the FO staff put me in this kind of "bunker" room one level below with view of a concret wall and lousy accsess of wifi / phone signal. My room last year was a bit better. They still have that poorly maintained bathroom condition, toilet flush keeps running, shower/shampoo gel container which not properly working, damp and mold on the bathroom ceiling. A bit of maintenance would be good for this hotel.

Cheap price, already got breakfast and bathtub, but it's basic. This is an old hotel, used to be a good hotel I suppose, no upgrades. Got a room with a leaking bathtub, broken phone, AC not cold, soap dispenser can't be pressed, water not hot. Luckily I was able to move to a better room, but the wifi was still really slow.

Overall impressive, the room is nice, there is a bathtub, the AC is also cold. However, the Wi-Fi may need to be improved, because it is very slow. Especially if the room is in the 100s which must go down, it is really difficult to get a signal. The suggestion is, just give the Wi-Fi a password so that it is not used by non-guests.
