The bathroom in room 317 was very bad, dirty, smelly and the bathroom door couldn't be closed.

The receptionist responded quickly. There are still some notes regarding the room, because at that price, there are places to stay that pay more attention to the details regarding cleanliness. I also suggest replacing the bathroom with slightly brighter ceramic tiles so that when the staff cleans it, they can see if there is anything missing/missed to be cleaned.

The staff is very friendly and the service is fast, for this room rate it is ok with the service provided.

It's pretty good. Although the AC didn't work at first, it was fixed right away.

Very bad, it is not appropriate to carry the name of SYARIAH hotel, please note the management to fix the unsuitable sheets and blankets, don't use them again, wash the sarbans and clean the bathrooms so that guests are comfortable and don't feel cheated. After spending money, we ended up not staying because it was very uncomfortable, we immediately went out and didn't stay that night because we entered it was already night, imagine being physically tired thinking about transit to restore energy but it turned out to be a tired heart because we felt cheated. Hopefully this unpleasant experience is enough for us. Thanks

The AC was dirty, the curtains and glass were dusty and had not been cleaned for a long time, the yellow sheets and blankets were dusty, I immediately had shortness of breath and flu due to dust, the bathroom door was broken, the liquid soap container could not be used, I booked for 6 nights, when I first checked in I asked to change rooms, I went to the receptionist twice but there was no response, I assigned an AC repairman, only cleaned the outside filter & sprayed it with fragrance, last night my wife, child and I were restless sleeping there, because the child was already asleep, we finally held on until the morning after breakfast and checked out, we accepted the 5 nights. Then we moved to another hotel, it should have been checked before the guest checked in, there are many cheap hotels, but they still maintain quality and service, I really regret booking a hotel room at Grand Duta Syariah.

the hotel is old..the room is quite clean but the bathroom smells really bad..the receptionist when we just arrived to check in at 8 pm told us to park in the mall across the hotel because she said the hotel parking lot was full, if we want to park at the hotel she said we have to pay 30 thousand...I complained how come we are tired just came from out of town but told to park across the hotel, while the parking attendant said we can still park in front of the hotel..so we didn't want to, finally we could park in front of the hotel for free without paying anything..but the receptionist said when we checked in we had to pay another 30 thousand..strange...those who bring vehicles think again if they want to stay here because it's hard to park..it's better to add a little money to find another hotel that is better and has a large parking lot and is free for hotel guests..for breakfast there are few choices and the taste is just B..don't want to stay here again even though the location is good in the middle of the city easy to find food..

The receptionist was not friendly, her face was sour when she asked for a room change because the AC was not cold (maybe the AC was broken because there was a vertical fan in the room) even though she was not young, she should have experience in dealing with customers. The room was smelly, dirty, especially the bathroom was super dirty. Will never stay here.

The location is okay, the room size is okay. Unfortunately, many of the bathroom facilities are broken. Maybe because it's an old hotel. The bathtub is also not working anymore. And also the bathroom often gets clogged, so the water after taking a shower becomes stagnant.

The hotel is very religious and is right in the city center.
