The hotel price is ok, the atmosphere in front of the room is a swimming pool, ok.

It's quite clean, hopefully it will continue to improve.

Breakfast menu choices lack variety in taste. Okay.

Clean, comfortable hotel, delicious food, easy access, close to the Cikampek toll road, friendly and very helpful staff, as a suggestion for the soap, please change it ☺️

The breakfast was very satisfying. The second floor was much more comfortable.

It's best to throw away expired soap and replace it with new ones, as long as the soap is fragrant, not the other way around.

The hotel is quite okay, it smells good when you enter the lobby and its surroundings, the swimming pool area is also clean, but for that price there should be a portable refrigerator in the room and a glass for rinsing and brushing your teeth, the soap and shampoo are not worth it (not fragrant but smelly) luckily I brought my own shampoo 🫣 otherwise it's okay..

Clean & varied hotel, okay breakfast menu

The Grand Permata Hotel is one of the long-standing hotels in Purwakarta City, with a strategic location right on the main road. Despite its prime location, the rooms are set back slightly, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere away from the noise of traffic—making for a comfortable sleep. The indoor and semi-indoor swimming pools are quite complete and a plus, especially if you're staying with children. They'll love splashing around. However, I have some feedback that I consider important for improvement. First, the presence of staff smoking or vaping in the hotel area can be quite disturbing, especially if the room is located near the staff rest area. In my experience, my room was right next to the stairs, and the area where the cleaning staff vaped was uncomfortable for guests, especially non-smokers. Although they tried to hide it when guests were around, it was still disturbing. Second, for me, as a business traveler, internet connection is crucial. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi here was unreliable and the cellular signal was very weak, making it impossible to work effectively during my stay. And as you can see in the picture, there was a cockroach in the room, which made me question the hotel's cleanliness. The breakfast was quite comprehensive and the food was delicious, so it's highly recommended. We hope this feedback can be used for mutual improvement, as overall, this hotel has good potential to provide a more comfortable stay for all guests.

The hotel is nice, clean. If you bring elderly people, choose the VIP room, it is on the 1st floor in front of the swimming pool, there is hot water, fragrant mattress, you can get bottled drinks, the only thing missing is a hair dryer.

As a 'local-personally-owned' hotel, the food, the room are suprisingly good! Just a little improvement, perhaps the glass besides the bed in room 209 to be more cleaner. Overall, this is a good hotel worth the money!

Hotel Grand Permata personally impressed me. During my visit to Purwakarta, I always choose this hotel. Now I have moved from West Java, hopefully someday I can go to this hotel again. Generally good, clean and quiet. Quite close to the city and not noisy. The staff is friendly, especially the men in the restaurant. Always take the breakfast package, the menu is varied and delicious.

Been 3 times. Price, cleanliness, service, and comfort are guaranteed. Overall the best hotel in Purwakarta.
