The location is great, walking distance to Grage Mall and CSB Mall. So many great restaurants around the hotel, and not too far from the train station. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. Well done!

Kedua kalinya menginap di Grand Tryas. Banyak perubahan, lobby sudah direnov, playground makin lengkap, selalu jadi pilihan kalau ke Cirebon karena dengan harga yang terjangkau sudah dapat fasilitas kolam renang, anak-anak suka, ditambah lokasi yang di tengah kota dekat mal Grage dan CSB. Lokasi hotel pas di jantung kota Cirebon, kamar hotelnya modern minimalis, bersih dan terawat, saya senang karena ada fasilitas untuk bermain anak-anak Kids Corner dan kolam renang, sarapan menunya cukup variasi dan rasanya enak, para staff pun ramah, recommended bagi yang mau ke Kota Cirebon.

Second time staying here, because of its strategic location, close to Grage Mall and many delicious culinary around (Nasi Jamblang, Bakso Malang, Lontong Sayur). I booked the Grand Deluxe, the room was very clean. Smells good... The bathroom is also clean. The staff is friendly, always smiles and greets every time we meet. Breakfast is also delicious and varied. There is a pool on the 4th floor. Thank you, next time I go to Cirebon I will stay here again

Great location, easy access, and delicious food.
However, there are a few drawbacks, such as: card access to the room is difficult, elevator buttons are difficult to use, hot water control is difficult (it's always hot), amenities are lacking (no hair dryer), there's very little soap, and only one cup of coffee and tea is provided.

The room was comfortable, but not soundproof. A plus is its proximity to shopping and being in the city center. There's a swimming pool, so you can enjoy a staycation with your kids. Breakfast wasn't very varied, and the additional charge for children's breakfast was overpriced, with minimal food.

Ticket buying is easy and fast, very helpful and more practical. The staff on duty are very friendly. The tourist attractions are quite clean and the kids love them. Thank you Traveloka, thank you Ancol. You didn't choose the wrong app and tourist attractions, in short, they are all great.

The room's ambiance is very aesthetic in every corner, what I like most is that the room has lots of lights so the room is super bright, perfect for photos.
From the staff, cleanliness to the food is also delicious, maybe in terms of food variety, the food needs to be increased more.
But overall it's really good, next time I go to Cirebon again, I'll stay here again.
