Felt so cramped up due to the poor room layout. Dusty floor. Poor cellular signal and the WiFi not helping too much. Bathroom so small, no warm water, broken water tap and not so clean. Worst is the very loud annoying noise from the gym until 8 pm. Decided to check out early after just 1 night

Have stayed here several times, the staff is friendly, but there are people who are not friendly, but yesterday in the room there was no mat, I had time to ask but until I checked out I was not given, but overall ok, I'm happy to stay here. Thank you Gunawangsa, thank you traveloka.

Got a clean room, minus a little bit in the bathroom drain that was a little clogged, so the water was a bit stagnant. Don't forget to ask for a free parking stamp in the lobby, it's quite a parking lot if you go in and out often.

The rooms are clean, the toilets are very clean, the swimming pool is clean, the security is friendly, the parking lot is 5 floors yet outside. We are on a family vacation from Bali and are comfortable staying here. Keep on improving. (Darren)
