Saya mau upgrade dari standard ke yang pakai AC, pemilik ngotot harus tambah sekian dan tidak bisa ditawar. Saya merasa mungkin pemilik hotel lebih memilih kamar kosong daripada harus turun harga alias bukan hukum ekonomi yang jalan, tapi yang penting mahal. Akhirnya saya pindah hotel dengan kondisi dan fasilitas jauh lebih bagus dengan harga yg tidak berbeda jauh dengan biaya upgrade yang pemilik Karang Laut minta. Pesan buat pemilik Karang Laut: kalau punya usaha hotel begini jangan kaku-kaku amat kenapa sih?

Hotel owner did not give me right assistance. She prioritized the local customer than me, meanwhile I got the notification for AC, but I just get the non AC without communication before.

With the price that much I think is expensive, the room is rich in boarding houses, no TV, no toiletries and toiletries and also not given mineral water.

The check-in process is very simple, the guard already holds the list of names of guests who have booked, it's easy without having to deposit anything. Just don't expect too much, the best rooms are just ordinary conditions, not the same as non AC rooms. The advantages of this location is very close to the beach, there is a shelter there is a snack stall next to the hotel. Overall fun.

Thank you for a beachfront inn, okay. The place is clean, the toilet is also clean, the guards are friendly. there is a really small TV screen, and I don't understand how it turns on ๐

Strategic location which has direct access to beach and has wide open space to do some activities. Just mins to seafood restaurant with reasonable price and good taste. The room is quite clean but they only have one remote for all air conditioner. We need to ask the guest house to borrow the remote. Overall this place is good for family

The service is satisfactory, the rooms are comfortable, the air conditioner is quite cold, the hotel distance to the beach is very close just a few steps. Next holiday to Santolo, we definitely stay here, thank you. Note: additional games for children such as swings.

Not satisfied because ... where is the AC remote, or taken intentionally so that it is not set to save electricity, which is set at the coldest, yes we are freezing in 2.tv it doesn't work, just the display, turned on it's hard, but there isn't a single channel even though it has been connected to the cable that is available profitably the owner is clean, the place is clean, if not, it's already fussy we definitely
