This is the best hotel in Singkawang! I stayed in the executive room (windows) and I really loved the unique design of the room. However, the best part of my stay was the staff! When there was problem they were very accommodating to my needs for example reschedule because of covid and the cleaning of the room. This hotel has the best staff in all of Singkawang! I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel has a policy for Family of not receiving any reservations made by non-married couples and that the married-couples has to present themselves with a valid government-issued identity prior to check-in such as Indonesian ID card (KTP suami-istri) / Marriage Certificate / wedding photos (foto-foto pernikahan). Failing/refusing to do so will result in the rejection of the reservation. This was my first and last stay at this hotel. This was the first time in my life that the power went out twice. I complained to the receptionist, but they just grinned and didn't apologize. The room was full of insects and dust, as if it had never been cleaned. The water heater also didn't work properly.

The hotel concept is very good, but it just lacks maintenance, like a hotel that is decades old, the bathroom smells even when the door is opened, there is no hot water for bathing, the water also smells a bit.

The hotel staff was very friendly. I did complain that the club next door was undergoing renovations, making it very noisy. But the staff was very helpful and arranged for a room change that afternoon.
I've stayed here several times. The air conditioning is cool, the rooms are comfortable, and I always sleep well.
Please improve the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. I'll be back next month.

Everything was good, but I thought that because this is a Japanese-themed hotel, there would be Japanese food like ramen or sushi on the breakfast menu, but it turns out there wasn't any at all.

The room and atmosphere are comfortable, but it's dirty and full of insects. There are lots of ants around the bed, and there are fleas on the bed, my feet have been bitten by small animals for more than a week and it still itches. Hopefully in the future they will pay more attention to cleanliness, because there are already lots of cracks, maybe the animals passed through there. The rest is good, the AC is cold, the room is comfortable, the staff are friendly

Some of the deluxe room facilities are not functioning.. the floor of the room, near the window, is often wet.. the blanket has stains and is not clean.. the TV broadcast is very unclear.. the toilet is also clogged so the water is difficult to drain.. the room window is dirty.. for the staff service it is ok and the location is also very good and strategic.. the room is quite spacious.. the wifi is very bad even though it is connected but cannot be used.. well that's the only drawback during the stay, less than satisfactory.. the breakfast is good..

Just recommend a friend there once.. when I got there my friend was told to move rooms.. asked for a refund but didn't want it.. the room was leaking then asked to change rooms but didn't want it at first.. moved to the room that was given, the shower was leaking, the water was very small.. people wanted to rest, but instead they were told to go back and forth to confirm here and there..

It's a shame, the location is good and the room is also beautiful, but because there is a clubbing place nearby (I think 1 boss) so the sound penetrates into the room, even though our room is opposite, what will happen to those who are side by side... And had a bad experience with the guest next door, it seems like they wanted to go to the clubbing place but it was incredibly noisy, to the point of watching TikTok in the room's hallway, so the sound was very audible, until we decided to leave the room and get angry So Overall we had an unpleasant experience which is very unfortunate, even though the room is beautiful, the location is also strategic for Singkawang culinary lovers.
