-Towels and bed linens were inadequate.
The service was good, except for the long-haired male receptionist who was very annoying and preferred playing games to serving guests.

The first time we checked in, the receptionist was nice.
But after entering the room, we found many very bad things.
From the dirty bed and pillows, the bathroom facilities were poor and very unclean. The door to the room hadn't been repaired, and the room smelled very bad of cigarette smoke. There was no hot water available for showering.

Friendly staff, close to restaurants, unfortunately the room was not very clean, there were still cigarette butts... but overall it's ok for those who want to go to Gorontalo on a tight budget👍

Liberty Hotel, strategic location in the city center. Everything is good except cleanliness. There was a lot of dust in the room, under the bed there were lots of tissues and used snack wrappers. Bathroom water should be allowed to run for more than half an hour so that it becomes somewhat clear.

The room was dirty, the water was brown & the AC wasn't cold. If you order via the application, you will be given the room at the very end & there is no wifi signal. Facilities do not match those stated in the application 😓.
