I booked this hotel due to its proximity to Indonesia Arena for a concert and it really was super close and walkable!
Arrived later at night and the staff were all super friendly and hospitable throughout my stay and were all very lovely. The check-in and checkout process was super smooth, I really have no complaints.
The room itself is really great. The beds were comfortable, I almost didn't want to leave.
Breakfast spread is varied and delicious as well.

It was New Year's Eve, the atmosphere was so delightful, even though it was crowded, the staff maintained the quality of service. The moment was crafted with passion and enjoyable for all ages.

Stayed here to watch a concert (like many others at the time) at the venue nearby and it was amazing. Decided last minute to book a stay here for convenience since only 15 minutes walk from the venue and did not regret a single thing. The price is on the higher side but you really get what you paid for. The service was excellent from the start, I was able to check in early in the morning, all the staffs (I mean like everyone) work their very best to provide the best service. I asked for extending a night and they accommodated so well. Room is excellent, breakfast has variety of choices too. Definitely would stay again if there 's an event nearby. Oh also I left my laptop charger by accident and they reached out via email really quick. Really appreciated it. Thank you so much Mulia!

Nothing beats the hospitality at Hotel Mulia Senayan. I was very well taken care of from the time I entered the hotel lobby, till I checked out. This is one of the best stays I ever had in Jakarta. I wouldn't mind paying to stay at this gem again. Hotel is really close to GBK for concerts, festivals etc.

The room lights are a bit dim, the minibar is not cold at all, only a coolbox like a budget hotel or 1 star, even though it is a 5 star hotel, nowadays even 3 star hotels generally use mini fridges, for me who likes cold drinks, I am not comfortable with the room facilities because I cannot put drinks to cool, I am not allowed to use Airwheel around the hotel, Overall Ok
