It's actually a pleasant stay here, the crew is friendly, the TV is already a smart TV so you can watch YouTube or Netflix, only at Hotel Neo Gading all the rooms are Non-Smoking areas, there are no special rooms for smokers. So those who want to smoke can be in the lobby on the 1st floor or on the front terrace of the Lobby. It is also suitable for those who want to transit from outside the city to Wonogiri, either by bus or private vehicle. because at night it is crossed by buses from the direction of Jakarta who want to go to Wonogiri.

the location is quite strategic because it is close to the city center,, only the parking is not spacious. the hotel staff service is also friendly,,, only they are not observant when we left the hotel after checking out they were not immediately checked so when we were outside we were only informed that their towels and glasses were not in the room,,, even though we checked in three rooms and had a toddler so the items were actually moved to another room and not brought. Oh yes for towels please replace them with clean towels without stains like that,, thank you.

I apologize in advance if the review is not good because yesterday's stay was not pleasant.
On the 5th floor, the room was damp and had a bit of an unpleasant smell, the sheets were dirty and the white color was dirty as if it had to be replaced with a new one. The toilet was dirty, the closet was also dirty, there was a crusty brown stain on the closet hole as if it was rarely brushed or cleaned with a closet cleaner.
Please improve the cleanliness and comfort in the room, if necessary, add fragrance or aromatherapy.

it's quite strategic location but only the main issue for me is the parking lot but it it was solved by valet.Maybe it can be more great if the cleanliness of the bath room get more attention,,

for a budget hotel it's ok. the room is clean. there's a small refrigerator. a work desk. but the parking lot is narrow so you have to use valet to leave the key.

comfortable. I've stayed here 4 times.. I asked for the 10th floor. Thank God I got it according to my request.. but in the bathroom there were small animals stuck to the wall. They are so strong that they won't go away..

All the facilities here are nice, I stayed 2 days 1 night here with a connecting room. Wifi is good. I wanted to add a day but got the date wrong ๐ praise God from the hotel, especially the receptionist, helped with the refund process.
