Second time stay at this hotel. just stay vacation with my beloved family during long weekend. only at Surabaya because of pandemic & we decided to stay at here. this hotel is very comfort, clean, we enjoy it very much. we choose space room & I think this room is suitable for big family. in the morning, breakfast is delicious, we like it. the last but not the least this hotel have implemented health protocols well. so don't worry if you want to stay at this hotel. this hotel is one of the best choice hotel if you want to vacation but still in Surabaya with family.

The hotel is somewhat older than my expectation. Not as clean as I expected. Considering the COVID19 situation, the hotel has prepared some hand sanitizers and the workers put on mask, however they seems to don't take it too seriously. Sometimes the mask can be seen used on the chin. The room has been freshly clean when I arrived at the hotel, so the check in time was a bit longer than normal, but the welcoming drink helps to ease the tiredness after a long drive. The staffs r very friendly and helpful. They even send our breakfast to our room. Thank you Neo Gubeng..

The staff was quite friendly. We were able to store our luggage until the afternoon. The air conditioning was quite cool. It's close to a minimarket and restaurants. Amenities are simple. A 3-in-1 soap dispenser (soap, shampoo, and conditioner) is provided. Luckily, we brought our own. ๐

The staff was quite friendly, and the hotel room was quite quiet. The air conditioning was cool. Since we stayed on the second floor, we could hear the activities on the first floor from early morning, with guests having breakfast. It wasn't a problem, as it was quiet during bedtime.

Starting around midnight, the male occupant in the next room banged on the door, begging for it to be opened. It seemed like a couple was arguing. I thought the door must have been damaged. About an hour later, we heard screaming and phone calls from the female occupant. The hotel staff we had informed immediately went to the location, but the door was not opened. In the early hours of the morning, they fought again, shouting. We couldn't sleep all night. The trauma of hearing the fighting made it difficult to breathe. The next morning, we staggered down to the front desk and were moved to another room so we could sleep again. What a bad experience!

As requested, I asked for the AC to be cold and turned on first. Everything was as requested. Great. The room was clean and suitable for me, not big. The bathroom was okay too. The location was okay. Lots of snacks around. Breakfast was also quite good.

Super dirty room, sheets, blankets, curtains have lots of stains, not cleaned! And in every corner of the bathroom there is a lot of dirt that is not clean. The bathroom door cannot be closed tightly. When I went there, the escalator was dead from the beginning of arrival until check out, the elevator still couldn't be turned on. The drinking water heater in the room was also very dirty.

Fun, friendly staff ๐ clean room and according to needs. Wifi is smooth, TV is also bright. The AC is cold at first, the next day it decreases but it's not a problem. Close to a mini market, just walk. All good anyway. One day it can be repeated. Thanks Neo. ๐๐
