Second time stay at this hotel. just stay vacation with my beloved family during long weekend. only at Surabaya because of pandemic & we decided to stay at here. this hotel is very comfort, clean, we enjoy it very much. we choose space room & I think this room is suitable for big family. in the morning, breakfast is delicious, we like it. the last but not the least this hotel have implemented health protocols well. so don't worry if you want to stay at this hotel. this hotel is one of the best choice hotel if you want to vacation but still in Surabaya with family.

The hotel is somewhat older than my expectation. Not as clean as I expected. Considering the COVID19 situation, the hotel has prepared some hand sanitizers and the workers put on mask, however they seems to don't take it too seriously. Sometimes the mask can be seen used on the chin. The room has been freshly clean when I arrived at the hotel, so the check in time was a bit longer than normal, but the welcoming drink helps to ease the tiredness after a long drive. The staffs r very friendly and helpful. They even send our breakfast to our room. Thank you Neo Gubeng..

The location is easy to reach and close to Gubeng Station. Check-in was also on time. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the sheets, pillowcases, and blankets were clean, and the shower and floor drain worked well. There were no unpleasant odors throughout the room. I didn't have breakfast. I think this would be a good choice if I need to stay in or around Gubeng again.
A small suggestion: replace the light fixture above the bathroom sink with a more transparent one. The light isn't bright enough for proper makeup, while the mirror is large and nice.

The service needs to be improved, especially the breakfast section. The variety and taste of the food have been improved. Honestly, this is the first time I've stayed at a Neo Hotel for breakfast. It's very different from Neo Hotels in other cities. The breakfast is varied and the taste is good. The elevator is also broken, so it's a bit of a hassle. Going up and down the stairs is where I brought my child under 2 years old with quite a bit of equipment.

I stayed for 2 days 1 night, and checked in at night after arriving from Bandung, the distance from the new Gubeng station is very close, when I entered the room there was an unpleasant smell like the smell of oil or thinner or the smell of new paint like that, the air conditioning was a little less cold because the air conditioning was also old, it seemed a little noisy and the room was not soundproof, and there was a baby cockroach when I entered, I immediately stepped on it and it died, for breakfast, in terms of variety and taste, maybe it can be improved again, thank you

The staff was quite friendly. We were able to store our luggage until the afternoon. The air conditioning was quite cool. It's close to a minimarket and restaurants. Amenities are simple. A 3-in-1 soap dispenser (soap, shampoo, and conditioner) is provided. Luckily, we brought our own. 🙂

The staff was quite friendly, and the hotel room was quite quiet. The air conditioning was cool. Since we stayed on the second floor, we could hear the activities on the first floor from early morning, with guests having breakfast. It wasn't a problem, as it was quiet during bedtime.
