The room was spacious and as requested. It was also clean and in a strategic location. However, the last time I couldn't open the room, the door lock battery was said to be low and needed to be charged. In the end, I waited about 15 minutes before I could enter the room.

The room is spacious, standard type, only the night light is broken, the bathroom is not very clean and there are no amenities. The hotel area is strategic and the front office staff are friendly even though they are seniors.

Very comfortable, close to everywhere, friendly staff, the room is also very comfortable, private, because the Chrisant Suite room has its own floor, no neighbors.
But it's a shame that the breakfast only offers fried eggs and vegetable fritters, so if you have kids, add 45 thousand, it's a shame there's no variety, it's better to have nasi uduk or kupat tahu, in front of the hotel, than breakfast at the hotel.
Maybe to the hotel management, if the room price is above 500 thousand per night, they should add more breakfast variety, fried eggs and fritters are like those roadside stalls.
Actually, it's comfortable for me, but the breakfast might need to be improved.. thank you.

It was my first time staying there, and I always pass by Hotel Nyland every day when I go to campus, and when I was about to graduate, I tried to find information about Hotel Nyland to stay at. Stayed at Nyland Suites, spacious room with balcony and living room, only the floor of the room still looked dusty and the split AC at the entrance to room 3388 was leaking so it was dangerous because it was easy to slip if you were not careful.

It's a shame the room wasn't very clean, with lots of cobwebs and dirty sheets. It smelled of cigarettes when we entered, even though we requested a non-smoking room. The location is strategic, and the staff is friendly. Hopefully, this can be improved. Thank you...
